Long
Course Crash Camp This
is a coached, high mileage training camp. Generally for 1-6
individuals of similar ability who have goals geared towards
long course racing. The length of these camps can be custom
fit to individual needs and schedules. The main purpose of this
camp is to create a drastic change in the normal training routine
while being closely monitored by a professional coach to ensure
there are no losses in technique. Expect to take away increases
in efficiency, endurance and strength. The camp includes the
following:
• Customized camp training plan focused
on individual goals and current training program
• Professionally coached work outs
• Video analysis of technique
• Clinics between workouts with topics including (nutrition,
recovery and mental focus)
• Professional massage-optional

TriGuy's
Feedback Camp This
one day camp is geared towards the individual who is self motivated,
but could benefit from more technical feedback. Focus is put
on the athlete's form in all three disciplines to better focus
day to day training on specific limiters. "Campers"
will walk away with video of them in action during the swim,
bike and run, as well as a list of biomechanical observations
and suggestions for efficiency improvements.

focus points
• Bike fit and technique session with video analysis
• Run session with video analysis and suggested focus
points
• Overview & Q/A of the prescribed drills and suggestions
